Home... Where Memories are Made

Until Matt and I bought our first home a few weeks ago, I am not sure I realized what "home" meant to me. I have never been homeless or anything like that, but I moved a lot as a kid, and even more as an adult. In fact, from my first move to college until the move into this home I had moved ten times. Our (Not So) Secret Place in Maine

I still don't know why I agreed so readily (his mom still can't believe it either!), but I went. I figured I had slept in some ridiculous places during my military training and I wasn't...

The Ups and Downs of Working as a Married Couple

As two people who live and work together, we frequently get asked how things are going? What is it like to work as a married couple? We decided to take some of the most common questions and give you the answers!   Matt and I have been living and working together since we first met, so it is possible that we had an easier transition than most people. On the other hand, working together in an office is incredibly different from working as equal partners in a business. As co-owners we not only invest all of our time and talent, but...
